Texturally, it's finer than a lot of breadcrumbs, but it still gets a nice crunch to it when baked.
Wonderful! The breadcrumbs are very well seasoned, and adding cheese as directed only emphasizes the flavor of the spices.

The product has minimal salt, therefore it was suggested to me to add cheese or salt. I added some parmesan, and it tasted delicious! Here are the nutrition facts and cooking methods:
I made baked "fried" cheese, which got a wee bit melty earlier than I would've liked, so then I broiled it to give it a bit more of a "fried" texture.
